The 3M™ E-A-RCaps™ headband-style earplugs feature semi-aural earpieces designed to seal the entrance to the ear canal. This reduces exposure to hazardous noise by up to 23 dB.

The 3M™ E-A-RCaps™ earplugs with headband are among the lightest earplugs with headbands on the market. Comfortable foam earplugs on a flexible headband. The soft and flexible polyurethane-moulded earplugs seal the ear canal and offer CE-certified protection, tested to EN 352, of up to 23 dB. The earplugs are ideal for use in dirty environments and are easy to insert into the ear canal without needing to be rolled up. This means they need to be touched less and are generally more hygienic. Minimal noise transmission through the headband ensures greater comfort when worn. When not in use, they can be conveniently worn around the neck. This makes them ideal for intermittent use, when you find yourself moving between noisy and quiet environments. They are popular, for example, in factories as disposable earplugs for visitors. The headband is washable and reusable, and the replaceable 3M™ E-A-RCaps™ earplugs are available separately. You can dispose of the entire ear protection set or keep the headband and simply replace the earplugs as needed.
